It breaks my heart to post this picture. My two Emmas... The woman who has inspired all of us to want to live better lives. We are so blessed to have had her in our lives. Strong, loving, caring, thoughtful, funny and so full of life and determination.. Grandma.. We are all better people because of you. You will be missed so very very much!
